Anyone can do it and it is actually quite useful, continue on to learn some of the basics.

The more prominent the lines the more that area needs work. Take a look at the image below to better familiarize yourself with the main lines of the hand. Those lines being the head line, the heart line, and the life line.

Step 1: Choose A Hand

Choose which hand you are going to begin with. For women, it will be the right hand. For men, this is reversed. You can, however, choose whichever hand is dominant (your writing hand) to be your ‘current and past’ hand.

Step 2: Read the Heart Line

The heart line is read for the most part from pinkie finger to the index finger. This line shows a person’s attitude towards love and their quality of love. If your heart line is very clear, curved, and unbroken you have a good heart line.

That being said, if your heart line is short or absent it shows that you are far too self-centered for your own good. Too long of a heart line also indicates something negative as it shows you are too straightforward in general. There needs to be a good middle ground.

Step 3: Read the Head Line

This is the second most important line of the hand. It begins from the palm edge in-between the thumb and forefinger. It extends across the palm in the middle part with the lifeline but is below the heart line. This line reveals how wise a person is and their ability to control themselves among other things.

If this line is deep and thin then you have a good head line but if it is short you are slow to respond and impulsive. This line can also be too long indicating that you have a clear mind but are also someone who thinks far too much. You can learn more about this line by clicking here.

Step 4: Read the Life Line

This line is one that begins between the thumb and forefinger then extends to the base of the thumb. This line reflects a person’s physical vitality and their life energy in general. If someone has no life line they are in poor health. If the line is long and deep they are highly resistant to disease.
