With many people hoarding toilet paper here in the US some of us are wondering what to do if and when we run out and are unable to find more. Well, apparently the answer we’ve been looking for is before us right now.
For those who do not know a bidet is basically a washbasin that has a spray nozzle and sends water up to clean your private parts. This sometimes separate from the toilet also comes in an attachable form or all in one. This is not something we use often here in the US but perhaps we should?
If you’ve been looking for something to clean your rear end with perhaps getting a travel bidet might be a good option if you’re not ready to fully commit to a proper attachment for your toilet. The travel bidet is basically a bottle that you place behind yourself while on the toilet and squeeze. It has a nozzle that sends the water right where you need it to go and is quite effective.
If you get on Amazon and search ‘travel bidet’ you will find tons of them. They come in a wide variety of brands and some even come with carrying cases. I have actually ordered the GenieBidet for myself and it’s just under 20 dollars as most of the travel bidets you find will be.
Would you give this kind of thing a try? It not only keeps your privates clean but is also fantastic for the environment. These kinds of things are very common in other countries and yet for some reason here in the US, we haven’t yet caught on. If you’re wanting something that’s a little more luxurious you could even opt for one of the battery-powered ones.
