While not a lot of people realize this, when your chakras become imbalanced you can face some serious side effects. The more out of whack this kind of thing becomes the worse you’re going to end up feeling.

For those who might not be aware our body has tons of chakra points all over it. Through these points flows our chi or life energy. When one of these points becomes blocked or imbalanced we end up feeling quite terrible in different ways depending on what chakra is being affected.

There are seven main chakra points which are the crown chakra, third eye chakra, throat chakra, heart chakra, solar plexus chakra, sacral chakra, and root chakra. Each one of these chakras controls something specific and affects us in its own ways when out of whack. For instance, if the heart chakra is out of whack you may end up dealing with a lot of emotional issues or when it comes to the physical side of things even BP problems.

I know things might not always seem as easy when it comes to chakras but the more you get into them the more apparent their importance will become to you. Below I am going to go over some of the more common issues that occur with blockages and things of that nature. If you’re facing something associated with a specific chakra point, perhaps you should consider meditating over healing and strengthening that chakra point. It might do more than you’d expect in the long-run.
