As if the last month of 2019 hadn’t already been charged enough, a solar eclipse will occur very soon and while not everyone will be able to see it we will all gain energies as a result. When a solar eclipse happens, its energies linger for weeks on end and because of that as we move into 2020 we’re going to be right where we need to be.

This solar eclipse will be happening on the 26th, just after Christmas and be quite the sight for those who will be able to see it. Chances are if you’re energy sensitive you are already beginning to feel a presence in regards. I am quite on edge and can tell something big is headed our way.

In regards to these energies Astrostyle wrote as follows on their website:

In astrology, a solar eclipse could bring a bold beginning, setting us on a new path that we hadn’t imagined for ourselves. While it may be surprising—or not something you even expected—a solar eclipse has a bigger vision in store for us. We have a finite focus as human beings, and it’s natural to concentrate on what’s in front of us. At times, this can limit our perspectives, and cause us to miss out on opportunities. Solar eclipses might snatch away the familiar temporarily, forcing us to consider options we would never otherwise explore. Although this can cause upheaval, eclipses are “cruel to be kind.” Major growth can happen during these cosmic power outages. This is when we should leap into new (and generally improved) terrain, even if we feel forced there by circumstances beyond our control.

This in many ways making the timing of this event quite mind-blowing. It is no coincidence that these renewing energies and new beginnings are coming forth just as 2019 is coming to an end. The universe is working with all of us to promote the most positive environment for each of us to move forth into as 2020 comes about.

While eclipses overall can seem a bit dramatic they set the mood for great things and that cannot be ignored. The universe uses these as a means of getting our attention and it definitely works. We as a whole need to work to come together and focus on the changes that can be made to better our lives. Diving within before 2020 comes forth and letting go of the things that are holding you back is a great route to take and one you should not close yourself off from.

While we cannot necessarily clean up every aspect of our lives in such a short period, we can make the major changes needed and face the opportunities before us properly. On a spiritual level, this eclipse could easily be one of the most energetically charged events we’ve seen this year and with that, we need to work to prepare ourselves. If you find that you feel as though you cannot sit still and there is too much going on within remember to ground yourself as these energies can be quite overwhelming and when our bodies take on too much we must work through it so that we do not waste the energetic challenges before us.

Like any eclipse, this one signifies the ending of one thing and the beginning of something else. While the decade we have all came to love is ending, the new one is right before us. We are all walking over a bridge that is seemingly falling down but once we make it to the other side, growth can happen and will happen for us all.

In regards to this renewal AstrologyZone wrote as follows on their website:

Once we go through an eclipse, we can never go back to the former situation again, for the universe wants us to make progress, not go back to good old days. That option is taken away, forever. The only way with an eclipse is forward. If you find later you don’t like where you wind up, you can always have the option to make changes up ahead, but again, they must be future choices, not ones that bring you back to the past.

Do not be afraid of all that is to come. Be open to ending things and starting again. Don’t waste any of the things before you. All of this is pushing us towards a wonderful new decade and we should be embracing it with open arms.
