When it comes to love or romance, in general, the idea that there is ‘one special person’ out there for each and every one of us is something many people take comfort in. Destiny is a strange thing and no one truly understands it in its rawest forms.

Sometimes we fall for people that we think are going to be in our lives forever and later learn that they were not who we thought they were or that the timing was just not right. Breakups happen for a lot of different reasons. Everything that happens in our lives happens for a reason.

When we love someone we love that person with all that we have to offer and if that has to for whatever reason come to an end it can and will shatter you. It will knock you off of your feet and leave you wondering where your life needs to go from here. You will be angry, upset, and you might give up for a while.

Sometimes things end, and it is no one’s fault. Sometimes life just puts you in a situation to where you cannot be together and while it will hurt, it is something you have to accept. If you are meant to be with this person the universe will pull the two of you back together eventually. If this person is meant to be a forever person in your life, he or she will pop back up. The universe won’t let you get too far from one another.

The universe works in mysterious ways. When one door closes another opens. Sometimes we have to go through several doors to find our way back together but again, if it is meant to be it will be. The universe keeps up with those strings attached to each and every one of us. When we get too far apart moving back towards one another is inevitable.

Have you ever had a friend you lost touch with only to find them again in your time of need or theirs? This is the universe working its magic. It was most likely working towards pushing the two of you back together for quite some time. While we get to take breaks, the universe never does.

Don’t let your heart stay broken, take comfort in knowing that if something is meant to happen for you, it will happen. The universe does not leave our side. It is listening to us and working for us 24/7. Sure, someone might have left your side for a while but that doesn’t mean you won’t ever see them again.
