Our words hold so much more power than we tend to realize. Usually, we say things without thinking and to be honest, a lot of the time, that doesn’t turn out well.

Words impact our lives in ways that many of us are not willing to admit. You see, they consist of vibration and sound, vibrations makeup everything this world consists of and so without words reality would not be the same. Sure, our thoughts hold power as well but giving those thoughts a voice brings power to them, that is why affirmations and mantras work so well for so many across the globe.

While in this world we have been told that the more we talk about our problems the better we will feel that is not always true. If we are putting too much negativity into the world and giving those negative words too much power our beings will also begin to turn negative. If we want to promote positivity we have to first do-so within.

You can use the power of words to manifest all kinds of things in your life. Even if we do not believe the things we are saying at first the more we say them the more of an impact they will have on our lives. This is why it hurts so much when others say rude things about us, the more they say them the truer we think they are even when they aren’t. We are capable of actually shaping our own realities through this kind of thing when you really think about it.

The website Law Of Attraction actually says we should all speak from the heart and explains doing so as follows:

When we complain about our lot in life, speak anxiously or use hateful words, we usually do so from a place of fear. So, the first step that you need to take in order to conquer this is to practice better self-awareness over the words that you are using.

Next time you open your mouth to complain or put yourself or others down, ask yourself:

‘Why am I about to say this?’
‘How is this going to serve me or my happiness?’

Ask yourself these two important questions and you will no doubt discover that you are in fact speaking out of fear. This is the fear that you are not good enough, fear that you are in the wrong relationship, the wrong career etc. Most importantly of all, you will realize that by voicing these fears you will be doing nothing for your happiness. Your words can only make you feel worse, manifesting these fears into your life with greater intensity.

So choose your words bravely, consciously and lovingly. Always speak from a place of love; for yourself, for your life and for others. Your words equal your world, so use them wisely.

If you want to make things happen in your life remind yourself of what you need to do and do it. Give the inner workings of your life meaning by actually saying them out loud. While this whole concept might sound crazy the more you look into it the more sense it will make.
