1/4 c. dried lavender
1 cup, raw honey
6 whole lemons
2 cups of boiling water
5 cups of cold water

Boil the two cups of water. Stir the honey and lavender separately, and pour the boiling water over the mixture. Stir it up and cover it. Set it aside and let it sit for 30 minutes to fully infuse the water with lavender. Cut up the lemons and squeeze the juice into a bowl. Set aside. Pour the honey and lavender into a strainer and place the juice in a new bowl. Pour the cold water into a pitcher and mix in the two other mixtures. Stir well and garnish if you want with lemon slices or your favorite berries.
