The Gemini full moon is well on its way and we should all be preparing. This full moon in itself is going to be one you might not ever forget.

This full moon is going to happen on the 23rd of November and it is going to be influenced by Mars which is square Jupiter. Because of this, you might end up feeling brave but also quite angry. You will during the time that the energies of this full moon are present be going through a lot of irritation and frustration.

This full moon is not going to be anything like the ones we are used to; it will be bitter and cold. While it is in Gemini it is still thanks to the planetary aspects going to feel quite nasty. You are going to be putting your guard up and really holding back in a lot of different areas within your life.

The following ritual for this full moon will help you to make these energies more positive. While you might not feel the best during the full moon, you should embrace the things you are unable to avoid at least in this situation. While you might not end up where you want to be, you will still be able to learn something through this full moon.

Gemini Full Moon Ritual:

Things Needed:

Smudging Tools

Big Bowl

Pen

Paper

White Candle

Directions:

Smudge the area and make sure that you are comfortable. Set the mood for relaxation and do not forget to smudge yourself as well. You can during this time recite a cleansing mantra if you choose to do so.

Once you have smudged properly sit down clear your mind for a moment. Once you are comfortable light your candle and allow it to burn while you use the pen and paper to write down everything you can think of that you want to let go of or associate with negativity. Write until your heart is content and be sure you’ve really gotten everything out.

Once you have got it all down on paper using that candle from before light it on fire and put it in the big bowl (be careful as not to catch anything else on fire, doing this outside is ideal as you will be under the light of the full moon). While the paper is burning tell yourself that you are not going to let the things you wrote down bother you anymore. Remind yourself that in order to move forward with positivity you have to let go of things that do not serve you and move on from things you cannot change. Once you’ve done this will feel much better, when all is said and done go inside and take a shower or a bath and mentally cleanse your body during that process.
