We all spend periods of time having lost ourselves and learning more about who you are as a person during these periods is important. Knowing yourself is a very important thing moving forward. It helps you better understand where you are and how you’re going to be moving forward as a whole.
Step #3 Stop Selling Yourself Short
Selling yourself short is one of the worst things you can do as a person. We are all capable of more than we think and accepting that is crucial to moving through life. When you think you’re at your limit, there is always room to grow from there.
Step #4 Accept Your Flaws
We all have flaws, you’re not the only one who happens to have things that you dislike about yourself. For every bad thing you feel there is about you think of two good things to counter that.
