Everything in our known universe is composed of energy.  And while it may be difficult to understand how energy works, the more that we know, the better.

In life, we tend to lower our own vibrations without even realizing it. Some people resonate on an extremely high vibration while others thrive on a high but not too high vibration. If your vibration becomes too low, you will begin feeling much differently. Higher vibration emotions feel better than lower vibration emotions. While they are both important we have to remember to only give power to the higher ones.

If you are allowing the following emotions to take control of who you are then you are working to lower your vibration. As I mentioned above, we should only be giving power to the higher vibration emotions. All of these things are things that should be let go of after they are accepted.

9 Emotions You May Be Wasting Time on That Are Lowering Your Vibration:

1. Anger

Anger is one of the most negative emotions a person can feel. It is something that consumes us all from time to time and should be worked through. At some point, you have to let go of all of the anger you have been holding onto.

2. Blame

When we grow up blaming ourselves for things that happen to us we learn to deal with maintaining a lower level vibration. This is not something we should be doing.  Let go of the things that are holding you back, especially those involving blame.

3. Regret

Regret is something we all have and there is nothing wrong with keeping a little in your life. That being said, it should not be something that holds space in your life. You should be well past moved on from it. You can regret having done something and still not dwell on it.

4. Fear

Fear causes us to hide away and settle. We create a lot of fear in our lives. Most of the things we perceive as scary are actually fun and worth giving a try. Don’t let fear ever hold you back.

5. Shame

Shame is something we all experience but for some, it becomes too much. Do not allow your past to define who you are. Shame should not be something you allow to control you day in and day out.

6. Guilt

Guilt is one of the worst emotions a person can feel. Don’t be the kind of person who is unable to move on from things they have done. We all make mistakes in life.

7. Judgement

Do not judge others and do not let those who judge get to you. You are perfect as you are and just because someone does not like you does not mean that you are facing the end of the world. Life goes on.

8. Attachment

Sometimes we remain attached to people and things we should have moved on from long ago. Be true to yourself and honest with your being. If someone is not right for you, let them go.

9. Heartache

The pain of the heart is an emotion in my mind all on its own. It is intense and hard to overcome. When you are going through trauma in regards to your heart it can make you cold, don’t let it.

Take control of your life and make your emotions count. We only get one chance to make it through, being stuck in a rut is not right for anyone.
