Sure a new beginning might sound a bit out of reach but to be honest, it isn’t. You can start over at any point if you truly want to.

If you are wanting to renew yourself from the inside out there are a number of things you can do. Below you will find a list of things that you can do regardless of your religion or background. These things will help you to become more productive and attract positive things into your life.

9 Life-Renewing Rituals to Help You Grow Your Own Happiness:

1. Practice white light meditation

This is where you sit comfortably quietly and close your eyes. Meditate as you normally would but envision a white light surrounding you and your energies. Create this light as strongly as you feel you need to. This will leave you feeling protected and rejuvenated.

2. Spend time with the stars

Get out at night and spend some time under the stars and in the moonlight. Let their energies be absorbed by your skin. Really take the time to let go while doing so. Do not come back with any negativity on your mind.

3. Be more compassionate

Find compassion and use it for those who need it. We all could use some compassion. This world is a terrible place and it could use a wonderful soul like yours.

4. Practice sungazing more often

This is the act of looking directly into the sun during predawn or pre-dusk hours. Do your own research beforehand as you do not want to hurt your eyes. This will leave you feeling much better than before. It is a very freeing sensation that I cannot quite describe.

5. Charge your energy

We should do this daily. Spend some time charging your energy through meditation. This will leave you feeling better than ever.

6. Let go of dead weight

Do not let anyone or anything hold you back. Let go of negativity and anyone who might be wasting your time. You only get one life, live yours to the fullest.

7. Spend time with people you love

Spend more time with the people you care about. These are the people who want to be around you as much as possible. The people you don’t get to see as often as you would like.

8. Jump into something new

If you need a change find some change and take it. Get out of your comfort zone and dive into something new. This could literally be anything.

9. Detach yourself and come back later

Stop everything and take a step back. Go on a trip if you need to. Come back to where you were when you are ready. Even a couple days camping will make a huge difference.
