A lot of people are walking around with negative energies overwhelming their being all the while not even being aware of it. This can really damage a person if not dealt with in the proper ways.

Now, when it comes to getting rid of these negative energies first you need to become aware of them. You have to become aware of them without giving them power. This is not as complicated as it may sound but does require some effort.

In order to become aware of negativity within you need to question yourself. Ask yourself what you are feeling and why you are feeling that way. The more you ask the more answers you will receive. If you’re feeling overly stressed for no reason chances are negative energies are affecting you on some level.

Below are some of the things you can do to really expel and exile those energies from within. Sure, some energies will be strong and could need several goes but you will always be able to overcome them in the end. You are far stronger than you might realize.

7 Ways To Exile Negative Energies From Within Your Being:

1. Clear your aura

There are a number of ways to cleans your aura but a mental cleanse is the easiest. Basically, you meditate and in doing so visualize the negativity within your body swirling around until it is ultimately expelled. You do this as many times as needed.

2. Smudge your entire body

Smudging your body is exactly the same as smudging your house but instead of your house, you are smudging your actual being. I like to begin with my head and shoulders moving downward. If need be you can have someone do your backside for you.

3. Use white light meditation/healing

While meditating envision a white light from within your body pushing all that is negative out of your body. Once the light is outside of your body and is surrounding you entirely allow it to shake away all of the negative energies clinging to the outside of it. Allow the light to grow until it is where you feel it should be and then close things out. This white light will continue to protect you throughout your day.

4. Say a protection mantra

Come up with your own personal protection mantra. This will prevent new negative energies from forming and wear down the others. Recite it as often as you can and be sure to continue saying it throughout your day.

5. Take a healing salt bath.

Set the mood for a truly healing bath. Ignite some candles, turn out the lights, and pour some salts in. Once in the bath relax and allow yourself to meditate while submerged as best you can. Using your mind’s eye allow all of these negative energies to melt out of your being.

6. Ask the universe to cleanse you

Ask the universe to cleanse your being. In doing this you are giving the universe permission to come into your being and sweep away the negative energies. That being said, you have to be where you need to be spiritually for this one to work. It is important to remember that it will not work for everyone.

7. Yawn them away

Yes, sometimes a simple yawn will do the trick. When we yawn we are letting out things that we are usually not aware of. If you want to get rid of some of the built-up negative energies within a good yawn might work wonders.
