1. Listen to Yourself

Take the time to just sit by yourself and listen to what your inner voice has to tell you. Think about all the things going on in your life and try to really make sense of things. This one might not seem like much but it is something a lot of people find hard to truly do.

2. Soak For A Bit

Run some bathwater and open up a window. Relax in the warmth under the moonlight shining inside. Really allow your body to unwind. Add Epsom salt, essential oils, or whatever else you’d like.

3. Write Things Out

Write out everything bothering you in your life. Get everything out on paper down to the smallest detail Once it is all right there in front of you, shred it, tear it up, burn it, do whatever you need to do to help move on from it.

4. Declutter Your Home

The full moon is a wonderful time to try and declutter not only your life but also your home. Get rid of things you do not need and make room for the things you do. You’ll be surprised at the difference it makes.

5. Meditate

Spend some time meditating. Meditation is something everyone should do daily. This allows you to really let go of the things bothering you.

6. Smudge Your Environment

Smudging removes negativity from within your environment. The full moon is a great time to do this. Simply get some white sage and begin smudging, don’t forget the windows and doorways.

7. Take a Nature Walk

Take a walk in nature late at night. Allow the moonlight to wash over you. Really breathe in all it has to offer you. Don’t let anything stress you out in this moment.
