Regardless of where the negative energy is coming from you need to know how to protect yourself. You cannot change the world, but you can change what it is the world is able to do to you.
Your aura is your energy field. It is your personal energy beating off of your body out into this world. If you do not protect it properly any and all negativity you come in contact with will be absorbed. This meaning, it will become part of your aura itself and bring you down.
Below I am going to go over some steps you can take to protect your aura. While you may have to come up with your own variation as everyone is different, these things should benefit you greatly. Your aura is important and protecting is it something you NEED to do.
5 Steps to Protect Your Aura From Negative Energies:
Step #1: Close Your Eyes and Breathe.
Close your eyes and sit in a comfortable position. Focus your breathing and really take the deep breaths your body needs. Breathe in and out, in and out. Really allow yourself to relax.
Step #2: Visualize Your Aura.
Visualize with your mind’s eye the aura surrounding your body radiating from within. Allow it to really come into focus. Ensure that there are no chakra blockages and everything is as it should be. Empty out all the negative and move onto the next step.
Step #3: Fill Your Aura With Positivity and Love.
Think of things that matter to you and fill your aura with the emotion that comes from those things. Make sure that you feed positivity into your aura frequently. If you never remove the negative to feed in the positive, you won’t get very far.
Now, from here you need to envision either a white light or a bubble coming from within your being and surrounding your aura. It should come just outside your aura’s reach so that it can protect it. This is a shield that the universe will use to protect you from negativity.
Step #5: Ask The Universe To Protect All Within.
Before finishing up call on the universe. Ask the universe to through this bubble protect your personal aura. Ask the universe to guide you and be there for you each and every day. Remind the universe how grateful you are and then begin your day from there.
