1. Go for a walk in nature.

Spend some time in nature. If you need to go de-stress, do it. Spend some time on yourself. Walking in nature is one of the best ways to cleanse your mind.

2. Take a salt bath.

Salt baths work wonders when it comes to cleansing your body. You can really let go of the things bringing you down and if you’re in physical pain they can help. Whether its sea salt or Epsom salt, add it into your bath and hop right on in.

3. Be more grateful throughout the day.

The more grateful you are, the better you will feel. Stop stressing about the things you don’t have or want and pay attention to all that is before you. You have a lot more than you think.

4. Be as mindful as possible.

Being mindful plays a big role in your well being. If you don’t pay much attention to the moment before you, things will fall through the cracks. Pay attention to what you’re doing and be more in the moment. Tomorrow is not always promised let go of the things that are stressing you and appreciate the time you have already.

5. Pay attention to your breathing.

Pay close attention to your breathing. Take deep breaths and really calm yourself when you’re feeling overwhelmed. This will de-stress not only your mind but also your body. Breathwork is important.

The more time you spend away from social media the better. Social media creates a lot of stress in our lives and getting away from it will make you feel a lot better. While it will be hard at first, it will be worth it in the long-run.

12. Cut ties with toxic people.

Stop letting toxic people have a place in your life. Cut ties with any and everyone who wants to hurt you or bring you down. They don’t belong in your life and you shouldn’t waste your time on them.
