Our thoughts and words are far more powerful than we could ever imagine. Everything we put into this world has an effect on us and the more aware of this we become the better.

While most people tend to get caught up in the status quo and the way modern life is, some of us take the time to really look to the spiritual side of things. We can do a lot through our thoughts to help us get where we need to be in this world. If you get too caught up in the negative the positive life you want to have will never manifest for you.

We are a product of our own thoughts and actions. If you allow yourself to stay stressed and frustrated constantly you will never be able to truly resonate with your higher self. Take a seat at the wheel that steers your life and build something worth living. YOU can make the future you want if you work hard enough and press yourself spiritually.

Yes, to some this is going to sound silly but if you are open-minded you will be able to take away something amazing from this article. For those who do not know, the Law of Attraction is the ability to attract into our lives the things, we focus our energy on. Regardless of the color of your skin or the religion, you follow the Law of Attraction can work for you through you.

Basically, by using the power of your mind you can manifest the things in your thoughts. You can materialize them and bring them into your reality if you believe in yourself. We are capable of so much more than we are led to believe. There is no limit to what you can do for yourself if you put your faith in the universe and work within. Your thoughts, whether you work with or through them will manifest eventually, maintaining control over those thoughts allows you to control the manifestation.

Sure, the Law of Attraction is still a bit mysterious as everyone experiences it differently and some things that work for me might not work for you but if you are where you need to be with who you are you can find the method that works best for you. Below I am going to go over some of the steps you can take to begin working with your thoughts to manifest the life you want. No, this is not a get rich quick scheme and you will still have to work hard but the Law of Attraction can and will benefit you greatly if you allow it to.

Keep in mind some of us are not going to be doing these in order, sometimes we need to mix things up and there is nothing wrong with that. Do whatever you feel would work best for you. There is nothing wrong with using the Law of Attraction in your own way, make this journey as personal as possible.

10 Steps to Getting Anything You Want:

Step #1: Pay Attention To What You Focus On

Pay attention to the things you are focused most on. Point these things out to yourself. Write them down if you need to. Work towards focusing more on the things that are going right in your life instead of the things that are going wrong. Stop giving power to the things you cannot change. If you have no control over it you need to let it go.

Step #2: Start A Worry List

Write down the things you are worried about at the end of your day or as they come to your mind. Acknowledge them and then burn them. This will allow you to let go on a deeper level.

Learn to worry about things in moderation. Yes, we all worry but don’t let that worry consume you. Remind yourself that no matter what you have things to be thankful for and that everything is going to work out.

Step #3: Meditate As Often As You Need To

Meditate more often or begin if you have never tried it. Personally, I like to meditate several times each day. Before I come home I sit outside and let go of everything that is bothering me through meditation. Doing this keeps my home as a positive place and allows me to maintain a positive energy.

Step #4: Be Grateful For All You Have

Think about all the things you are grateful for. Look at the negative but find the positive within it. There is always something good to be grateful for. Even in the darkest moments or worst points in our lives, we all have some kind of light shining through whether we can see it or not.

Step #5: Write Down Your Goals and Connect With Your Dreams

Write down the small steps and the big steps you need to take to get where you want to be. Write down everything that it is going to take to get you exactly where you are headed. Start off with the tiny things and celebrate when one is accomplished. Every step towards your dreams is a feat in itself, you should be proud of yourself.

Step #6: Protect Your Personal Energies

Practice white light meditation. For those who do not know what this is it is a way to protect your energy. It keeps those around you from draining you of your positivity.

All you need to do is meditate and imagine a white light surrounding you. This white light is going to protect you from everything negative that hits you. Make this light as bright as you can and then go about your day.

Step #7: Recite Your Affirmations

Whether you come up with your own or find some online or even in a book doesn’t matter. Find or come up with some affirmations that really resonate with you and recite them. I say my affirmations each day when I wake up and when I feel discouraged. This helps me to put power in my thoughts.

Step #8: Get Rid Of Things/People Who Hold You Back

Do not let anyone hold space in your life if they are holding you back or bringing you down. Those who wish to do us harm are not supposed to be sticking around. Surround yourself with people who support you and want you to be the best you that you can be.

Step #9: Stop Doubting Yourself

Believe in yourself to the fullest extent. Know that you can accomplish all that you want in life and that you can have or be whoever or whatever you want. The more you believe in yourself the faster and more intense your results will be.

Step #10: Be Patient With Yourself and The Universe

Remember that getting to where you need to be is going to take some time. You might think you believe in yourself when you don’t getting in the right mindset to manifest is harder than you think. That being said, as long as you keep at it you can manifest anything you want. Keep believing in yourself and the universe. When something sets you back remember everything happens for a reason.
