While it might not feel like it, we’re all still very much connected. Our energies are feeding into this world, and we are absorbing things other people are sending out. 

Right now, positive energies are needed more than ever. We should be working to calm ourselves and put forth what we wish to receive from the Universe itself. Sometimes the biggest lessons come in the worst packages and right now is time for us all to slow down and reflect. 

We need to stay at home and just take things day by day. I know, for some of us that is a lot easier said than done and that the thought of being home out of work is terrifying, but you will get through this. You are so much stronger than you realize. The universe is telling us that we are all in need of a recharge, and we should be listening.

1. Get the sleep you need.

Just because you’re stuck at home right now doesn’t mean you shouldn’t be resting. You shouldn’t be staying up all night and leaving yourself unable to sleep. No matter what, make sure you’re getting the sleep you need. Your energies will suffer if you don’t.

2. Spend time reflecting properly.

Reflection right now is important. We should think about how we’ve been living for the past few years and how quickly things changed. Tomorrow is not promised, and we should be making the most of our lives while we are able to.

3. Connect with the Earth itself.

While you might not be able to go do things for real, but you can still go outside. Take a short walk or just spend some time in your yard. Nature will help heal your aura if you’ve been holding onto too many negative things lately.

4. Meditate often and don’t hold onto negative thoughts.

Meditation will be your best friend when it comes to raising your personal energy levels. Don’t let negative thoughts take over your mind, and do your best to hold your own. You’ve got this.

5. Talk to those you resonate with the most.

If things are really getting with you, share the burden. Talk to the people who support you the most on an emotional or spiritual level. Those people are still only a call away.

6. Keep a healthy mindset.

Don’t let your mind slip into an overly negative setting. Remain positive through the things that are happening. You are still alive and you at the very least have what you need, right?

7. Be active and take care of your body.

Sure, it is easy to just sit in front of a screen all day while stuck at home, but don’t do that. Even at home, we should still be physical and take care of ourselves. Eat as healthily as possible and don’t let toxicity take over your life during these hard moments.
