As we continue to move on we’re going to be facing Mercury square Pluto on the 21st of this month (September). This transit as a whole is one that will bring us to new places within and help us see things differently in drastic ways.
I know, smaller transits like this might not sound like much, but they do help shape the way the world works in some ways. During the time that this transit is in effect, we may feel more defensive and less willing to reason with others. A lot of us will be trying too hard and facing things we might not have expected otherwise. We will be seeing the world in new ways and trying our best to make sense of the things going on around us.
Astrology King wrote as follows on some of what we should be expecting:
Mercury square Pluto transit can lead to deep thinking and intense interactions with other people. You might research a specific idea or topic, and will need to take care not to take too seriously extremism or conspiracy theories. Even if you focus on a bland topic or moderate point of view, there is a risk that you will use extreme or coercive methods to express your thoughts.
The more extreme your idea, or the more force you use to convince others, the more criticism and conflict you will meet. You will naturally become defensive under this influence, but it is important not to let your fighting spirit back you into a corner and complicate matters.
This transit will challenge your thinking which can result from, or lead to some crisis or experience with the darker side of humanity. There will also be an urge to dig deeper and investigate the truth of the matter. There is great potential then, to uncover secrets and mysteries which will deepen your understanding or a matter of your own psychology.
Taking the high road by maintaining an open mind and not arguing for the sake of it, can lead to a positive transformation of your intellect and communication style.
All in all this whole thing will be quite positive, and we should be using it to our advantage. We are all much stronger than we tend to come to terms with, and we should be priding ourselves in the thoughts we have. Being able to see things from the perspectives of others and remove our bias from the situation as a whole is a wonderful thing. Not everyone is able to do this and the more we work at enhancing ourselves, the better.
Do not be afraid of what may be to come, embrace these energies, and see where they take you. I know, it might not sound like much but this kind of thing could make a huge difference in how we move forward. There is so much to be explored.
