In this day and age real men are hard to find. For some reason, instead of putting their partner first and making sure everyone is taken care of within their relationships, they only think of themselves.
I know that might sound a bit sexist but as a man, I am quite disgusted by the way things are going in recent times. Instead of caring for our partners we’re taking advantage of them and that’s not how things should be. A real man won’t put his needs above those of his lover, and he will always make sure she feels like she is a priority in his life.
In a world full of guys who treat women like options and refuse to give any of them the respect they deserve, real men are quite scarce and hard to find. If you’re looking for a real man, don’t give up or settle for someone who doesn’t deserve you. You will find a real man someday, someone who will treat you like you’re the sun and the moon all at once.
He will make sure you know that you matter and always go the extra mile to be sure you’re chasing your dreams. He will constantly prove to you that he cares and make sure that you’re never feeling left out in the dark. When times get rough he won’t disappear for days on end, he will sit down with you and talk through the issues you’re both facing together.
Real men might be a little hard to find, but they are out there and you deserve to have one in your life. You deserve to be with someone who doesn’t play games with your heart. Someone who worries about you when you’re down and out. Sure, you’re going to have good times and bad times but the good times with him will always make up for the bad.
He might sometimes forget things, and he might not be perfect, but he is going to be perfect for you. He won’t feed into your insecurities or tear you down. He will go out of his way to make sure you know how special and amazing you are.
I know, he might sound too good to be true, but he really is out there somewhere. When you finally find him you will know exactly what I mean. The spark you two have will be like nothing you’ve ever experienced before and you will finally feel as if you’ve found the one.
He will introduce you to his friends and bring you home to meet his parents. You won’t have to beg him to come over for Thanksgiving dinner and the more time you spend with him the more clear it will become that he is the one for you. Real men have not died off just yet and if you keep an open mind regarding love you will find yours someday.
Trust yourself and don’t settle, everything else will fall into place when the time is right.
