When it comes to dating we can love someone with all we have to offer and still end up realizing later down the road that they were not right for us. Relationships do not come with any kind of instructions and so, making mistakes and moving forth with people who are not right for us is something that will happen from time to time.

One of the most important things to keep in mind when you’re in a relationship is whether or not you’re feeling happy and what mindset this person puts you in. If you do not bring out the best in one another there is no sense in sticking together. Sure, there will be ups and downs but if you’re always fighting and no one is content cutting the cord might benefit everyone involved.

Below I am going to go over some of the signs your body will reveal to you when you’re in a relationship with someone you shouldn’t be with. Your body will reveal the lack of comfort long before the rest of you has noticed what is going on. When these things are happening in your life and in your relationship you need to be as aware as possible.

9 Signs Your Body Will Reveal When You’re Dating The Wrong Man:

1. You feel very emotional in regards to him.

You’re going to feel very emotional when it comes to being the wrong person. He will leave you feeling quite upset in general and frustrated, to say the least. Being around him is more of a headache for you than it is worth and the sooner you see that, the better.

2. You find yourself always feeling nervous around him.

When you’re with the wrong person you will always find yourself feeling nervous with them around. He is going to keep you on edge and really push you to be unsure of how to move forward. While that might not be his intention, your body is not going to react to him as it would someone you’re comfortable with.

3. You feel physically exhausted.

Being in a relationship with someone you shouldn’t be with will bring you down far more than you might imagine. You will feel physically exhausted more-so stressed when you are around him. He will make you go through a lot of extra hoops for seemingly no reason and really leave you feeling unsure of how to move forward.

4. You are not physically intimate with one another.

While it might not seem like much, the less intimate you are in your relationship the more problems are locked within. Intimacy doesn’t have to be physical intimacy but it does have to be present. You have to be able to relate to one another and show your raw side at least on occasion. Without it, things will not flourish as they should.

5. Your stomach spends a lot of time being upset.

When you’re with the wrong person they will leave a very knotting feeling at the bottom of your gut. When he’s around it will feel like you can’t settle down. Your stomach won’t allow you to relax and you are unable to really get comfortable.

6. You always struggle to get the sleep you need.

Being in the wrong relationship can keep you up at night. You might find yourself sitting in bed thinking about all the problems before you and how to work through them. You might love this person with all your heart but at the end of the day, if he’s bringing you down he needs to go.

7. You are always in fight or flight mode.

The more time you spend with the wrong person the more fight or flight you will become. You will remove yourself from the situation time and time again. It will be as if you just can’t stand to be around one another and when it gets to this point you should be more than aware that he is just not the one for you.

8. You feel like this person causes you lots of headaches.

If your partner is a headache to you, more often than not you should not stick around. Your partner should relax you and help you unwind not create tension and bring you down. He isn’t the one if he’s always getting on your nerves and picking at you in ways you cannot handle.

9. You’re always blaming one another for things.

No one should be forced to play the blame game when it comes to relationships. If he won’t own up to his own mistakes you should not be doing it for him. You are not the one who is in control of his life and he needs to accept that. You shouldn’t feel compelled to blame him for bringing you down, but when it comes to this you should have both long since parted ways.

If your body is making these things known don’t ignore them. While it might be hard to leave or hard to move on, in general, it will be worth it. You deserve someone who is on the same page as you.
