When our energy or chi is not working as it should be and flowing throughout our bodies, it can cause a lot of problems. These problems are amplified in those who use more energy than others and Empaths do just that.
On a daily basis, Empaths are using their energy to help others and guide themselves to where they need to be. If there is any kind of blockage in these energies, it will mean big trouble for the Empath. The longer a blockage or any kind of resistance goes on the more drained the Empath will feel. This is something that should be addressed and resolved as quickly as possible.
Below you will find a list of herbs that can be used to help cleanse your chakras. Whether you are an Empath or not you can benefit from using these herbs. There are lots of herbs associated with each chakra but in my opinion, these are the best of the best. Have you used any of these herbs before? You will be surprised how common some of them are.
If you are feeling any aches and pains or emotional turmoil these herbs can help. I will go over which chakra they work best on and what method is best when using each one. I for one love using herbs to calm my nerves at the end of the day, lavender tea does the trick every single time.
9 Herbs That Will Help Heal Your Chakras:
1. Dandelion Root – Root Chakra

2. Damiana – Sacral Chakra
If you are having issues with repressing emotions or are unable to open up, in general, your sacral chakra may be blocked. When this happens drinking tea made with Damiana will help. This will calm your nervous system and reduce any anxiety you may be feeling.
3. Lemongrass – Solar Plexus Chakra
You can cook with this one to reap the benefits you seek. It will help you overcome any kind of anger problems you may be facing and really get your solar plexus back on track. It will help with bringing back your motivation and you will feel much better once everything begins to take effect.

Seaweed is one of my favorites from this list. It will work wonders on your throat chakra and helps those who use it to really open up. Many eat this in lots of dishes and it is quite delicious.
6. Passion Flower – Third Eye Chakra
If you are struggling to express yourself your third eye is most likely blocked. In order to fix this and get your creative juices flowing again, you will need to make some tea with this in it. It will literally be as if a switch has been turned on within you and if you are struggling with getting to sleep you will finally be at ease.
