Stop obsessing over the things other people have. As long as you have what you need you should be thankful! Remember the rest will come in time.

3. Stop giving a f*ck about fitting in.

Stop acting as if fitting in is important. Standing out and being yourself is so much more fun. Be yourself and don’t let anyone bring you down.

4. Stop giving a f*ck about the past.

The past is in the past and it cannot be changed. Worrying about it is doing you no good. Moving on from the past is one of the most amazing things you can do for yourself.

5. Stop giving a f*ck about pleasing others.

Stop trying to make everyone else happy and worry about yourself. Make yourself happy and to hell with everyone else and their opinions. We only get one life, live yours how you want to.

Stop letting toxic people ruin your life. If someone is bringing you down cut them out. Your well-being matters and you need to remember that.

Stop acting like being in a relationship is going to save you from your life. You cannot expect someone to come in and fix all of your problems; it just does not work like that.

10. Stop giving a f*ck about the choices others make.

Stop acting like the choices other people make have anything to do with you. Live your life and let everyone else live theirs. Stop butting into the lives of those who do not need or want your opinion.

11. Stop giving a f*ck about being productive 24/7.

Sometimes we need a break and there is nothing wrong with taking them. Give yourself a moment to breathe and chill. You don’t have to be productive all the time!

Stop acting like everything has to have a label. Labels don’t mean anything, at the end of the day they are just words. You can be whatever or whoever you want to be.
