Everyone has a goal that they would love to manifest that seems out of reach. However, when you apply the basic law of attraction, obtaining your desires becomes much simpler.
Not only is the law of attraction a very powerful tool for any life journey, it has been around for centuries, and affects every aspect of our day to day lives. By learning to channel the potential for the law of attraction, you can begin to produce a change in your life that will reverberate throughout the world.
While that may seem crazy, it is actually true. Albert Einstein and Thomas Edison both agreed that the brain is capable of transmitting and receiving vibrational energy. And according to science, the human body transmits energy by sending a frequency from our brain through small particles to other brains. In turn, that would mean that any vibrations that you send will boomerang back to you, similar to a magnet.
1. Create a Dream Board
Begin cutting pictures and words that represent what you are attempting to manifest. Then, glue or tape them down to a board. Once finished, place it somewhere that you will see it on a regular basis.
2. Be Vocal About Your Dream
You have a goal in mind, tell everyone about it. Make it a daily topic of conversation. This sends a clear message to the universe regarding your passion for obtaining your goal.
3. Burn With Desire for Your Goal
Get passionate about your goal. Become obsessed with it to the point that you would do whatever it takes to achieve it.
4. Make a List
List your goals on a piece of paper. Then, next to each goal place a number between 1-10 based on how badly you desire your goal.
5. Connect With an Object
Choose an object that is meaningful to you. Then, sit down, and visualize your goal while holding the object. Visualize your goals pouring into the object. Now, carry it with you everywhere.
6. Conduct Random Acts of Kindness
In order to implement positive energy into your life, you need to spread it. Make it a goal to commit at least one per day.
7. Declutter
Get organized, and straighten up your surroundings. This will allow you to free yourself from unnecessary stress and obstacles that are holding you back.
8. Be Grateful
While we could all sit around all day long focusing on the negative aspects of life, it will only feed that energy into your life. Instead, be grateful for what you have. Make a list each day of the things that you are most grateful for.
9. Take Care of Your Mind, Body, and Soul
Exercise, meditate and begin eating healthier. This will raise your vibrational state exponentially, thus allowing you to manifest your goals.
10. Laugh Often
Laughter is the best medicine in so many regards. Don’t take life so seriously, and enjoy yourself along the way.
