Sometimes we forget that there are real remedies out there for the issues we are dealing with. While I won’t discount the power of prescription medicine, others may prefer a natural remedy, and for good reason: they work!
We can actually treat most illnesses and health issues with natural alternatives but most people choose not to go this route. If you are dealing with any of the things listed in the title of this article, thyme might be all you need. Thyme is something that can benefit anyone who is facing things like chronic fatigue, thyroid issues, arthritis, lupus, vertigo, and fibromyalgia.
Thyme is an herb that has strong antimicrobial benefits as well as anti-cancer properties. Thyme oil was found in one study to have the ability to actually kill the deadly MRSA superbug. Scientists from the University of Brighton found that it was able to destroy the bug within two hours and no one had any adverse effects. Some people even go so far as to use thyme to treat their acne, yes it can really be used for just about anything.
Thyme is something many who opt for more natural alternatives praise. According to Fibromyalgia News Today Thyme helps those with Fibromyalgia because of its antiviral, anti-rheumatic, antiseptic, and anti-parasitic properties. While it is able to help big time with joint and muscle pain it is also quite beneficial as it is high in vitamins and minerals.
For those who may not know, thyme contains things like iron, potassium, folic acid, vitamin A, vitamin C, and other things of the sort. You can read more about thyme by clicking here or clicking here. The benefits are almost endless when it comes to this herb.
Now, if you are planning on using Thyme or adding it to your daily routine I suggest having it in tea form. Thyme tea is lovely and will benefit you greatly. If you are facing the things mentioned above a cup of tea in the morning might be exactly how you should start your day.
