This Apple Cider Vinegar And Cayenne Pepper Remedy Can Cure Your Knee, Bone and Other Joint Pain

While we do not often realize it, there is a natural alternative for just about everything. Many different cultures and generations used things like cayenne pepper and so forth to heal their bodies long before actual ‘medical treatment’ was available.

Don’t get me wrong some of the things you find online are completely bogus, you have to really look into what you might be doing to ensure it is right for you. If you are suffering from joint pain or something of the sort this remedy might be able to help you big time. That being if you are willing to give it a shot.

This remedy calls for very few ingredients and works wonders. One of those ingredients is red cayenne pepper. This is beneficial because it is an anti-inflammatory herb and does not irritate the stomach. These peppers are full of capsaicin. It is listed as a food with cancer-fighting properties as well according to the Cancer Treatment Centers of America.

It fights off inflammation and can be used to treat painful sensory nerve disorders like Arthritis and psoriasis. Some even seem to think it can aid in weight loss and Dr. Mercola even claims it can help stop the spread of prostate cancer altogether.

Another ingredient in this remedy is Apple Cider Vinegar or ACV. ACV can help with diabetes, weight loss, sore throat, skin irritations and so much more. Adding it to this recipe was a no-brainer for sure. The power of these things combined will really help work wonders on your joint pain. While I also suggest ingesting some cayenne and ACV along with doing as follows you will see results if you give it some time.

ACV and Cayenne Pepper Remedy:

Ingredients:

4 Tablespoons of Cayenne Pepper Powder

2 Cups of ACV

1 Inch of Grated Ginger

1 Cup of Olive Oil

(You can also add more olive oil or a little more cayenne if you see fit for consistency.)

Directions:

Mix all of these things together as best you can. I would begin with the ACV, olive oil, and cayenne adding in the ginger last. Once you have mixed this properly it will be basically a paste.

Apply this paste to the affected area two or three times a day for 30 minutes. Rinse it with warm water after and pat it dry. You can store what is left in the fridge but be sure to stir before each use.

Yes, it is as simple as that. Will you be giving this remedy a try? Have you ever heard of this one before?
