Mercury is going to be going into retrograde very soon and chances are you’re kind of getting tired of hearing about it. That being said, if you want to make it through these rough days to come there are several things you need to know.

Mercury being in retrograde will not be the easiest thing to deal with but you can and will get through it. Retrograde will begin on July 26th and in Leo. It will not end until August 19th so yes, we are in store for quite a wild ride. Mercury is going to be really making it hard for you to communicate with those around you. You might literally feel like you are breaking down in one way or another but it is not something you should take to heart, staying strong is something that you NEED to do.

You will notice an increase is misunderstandings and you really need to proceed with caution. Any and all of your mistakes that have not been identified yet will be called out and you need to prepare yourself for that. Even if the mistakes you have made are big ones everything will work out in the end.

Mercury goes retrograde about three times each year. During a Mercury retrograde, you should avoid really nailing things down and making decisions. Just kind of move through the motions of your day to day life and don’t really break things down too much. The way you respond to the energies before you really have a strong effect on your life.

Mercury always creates a very wobbly environment when in retrograde. Just because you feel something doesn’t mean you have to act on it. The less you do during the Mercury retrograde the better. That being said, don’t waste your time going over old things that you cannot change. If something comes out, own up to it, apologize, and move forward. Doubting yourself and refusing to take care of yourself will only set you up for an even worse time. No one wants to take part in your pity party.

Because Mercury is retrograding in Leo we will be called on to bring out our creativity and think on a much broader scale. Attacking your problems won’t get you very far but if you spend some time thinking over where to go and wait to make a decision, things will end up much more productive. While many people are terrified of the Mercury retrograde you shouldn’t be.

Sure, this will be considered a ‘trying time’ but trying times aren’t always as horrible as we think they will be. We learn so much from them and in this, we can grow.
