1 Cup of Spirulina (you can mix in the tub or go ahead and pre-mix it in a pitcher of warm water).
3/4 Cup of Sea Salt
1/4 Cup of Epsom Salt
7 Drops of Essential Oils (whichever ones you like best).
Add all of these things to your warm bath and use your arm to mix the salts around until they are dissolved. Once you have done this get in and relax. Sit back and really let these things work their magic on you.
