There are tons of benefits we can gain by drinking water. When coupled with a proper workout routine and the right mindset you can really flush your fat away if that’s what you want.

Chances are you’ve already heard of something similar to this before but have you ever really took the time to look into it? No, water is not magic but it really can do your body so much good. Have you ever wondered why people tend to lose weight when the switch from soda to water?

Detox waters like this one can and will help you flush out toxins and lose weight in the long run. Water will benefit your kidneys and your liver all the while providing you with a lot of things you probably aren’t even aware of. With that being said, you don’t have to go out and buy some kind of over the counter cleanse, most of those are not what they are advertised as being.

If you are anything like me drinking water, in general, can be a chore because it just doesn’t taste good. This makes infusing it all the more important. The water ‘fat flush’ recipe I am going to go over below is going to be a very simple one. But it is not going to flush your fat overnight or on its own. You have to put in the effort. This is just the first step towards living a more healthy life. You have to be aware of the things you put into your body, drinking water is important.

Detox Water Recipe:

12 Cups of alkaline water

1 Medium organic cucumber, sliced

1/2 Organic grapefruit, sliced

1 Orange or Tangerine, sliced or sectioned

Mix all of these things together into a pitcher before you go to bed at night. This will allow them to infuse so that the drink will be ready by morning. You can mix as you see fit if need be but usually that is not needed. Some add ice and others do not, that is up to you. You can also add things like mint if you prefer the taste.

These things will all work together to help you burn fat. Grapefruit for those who do not know is supposed to help increase your metabolism and cucumber is good at suppressing our appetites. Drink this throughout your day instead of sodas or other things of the sort. You will notice a huge difference when you step on that scale within a week or two of drinking this, eating right, and working out properly. Getting healthy is nowhere near as hard as some people make it out to be.
