If the flow of energy in your home is not properly balanced then you might end up feeling out of place or stressed out for reasons you cannot quite place. The only way to relieve this kind of problem is to work through it by removing the negative energies from your home and allowing the positive energies to flow properly.

While a lot of people think Feng Shui is an outdated concept it is quite useful even now. Below I am going to go over some of the more common signs that your home or the way you have your home setup is causing your life to be a bit more out of whack than it should be. Get these things in order and you will begin feeling a lot better.

6 Signs Your Home is Causing You Stress and Throwing Your Life Out Of Balance:

1. The air just doesn’t smell good.

Bad smells are a sign of bad luck. If your home smells bad you aren’t going to enjoy the time you spend there. Luckily, for the most part, this is something easily resolved.

2. You are holding onto things that are broken.

Broken things only make us feel more overwhelmed. Whether it is a clogged sink, broken television, or anything else of the sort it can be affecting you. If it can be fixed, fix it. If it cannot be fixed, replace it.

3. Your home is overly cluttered.

If your home is overly cluttered you will feel quite overwhelmed a lot of the time. Getting rid of that clutter will make you almost feel instantly better. You will feel as if you have finally accomplished something great.

4. You dread coming home at the end of your day.

If you don’t like coming home there has to be a reason for it. Your home is supposed to be your safe space, you should enjoy it. Perhaps you feel there is just too much still to do once you’re there or the people there are stressful? Regardless something needs to be done.

5. Entryways are being blocked.

When it comes to Feng Shui all the doorways or entrances to the home should not be blocked by clutter or other things of the sort. Rearrange as needed. Let the energy flow in and out.

6. You are constantly losing things.

If you are always losing things chances are it’s because you need to do some de-cluttering or rearranging. Make your home into a place you feel comfortable. There is a place for everything.
