When we are going through our everyday lives we damage ourselves in ways we cannot always see. If you haven’t cleansed your energy field in a while, chances are you are LONG overdue.

Before you cleanse your energetic field you will need to ensure your chakras are balanced in the ways that they need to be. For this, you will need to do quite a few things. Below you will find a list of things that will help you become the best version of yourself you can be. 6 Tips for Balancing Your Chakras and Cleansing Your Energetic Field:

1. Be positive in all that you do.

The more positive you are in life, the less negative energy will bring you down. When it comes to keeping your chakras balanced you have to remember your affirmations every day. Don’t be a jerk to yourself, it will only bring you down and send your inner being the wrong message.

2. Spend time in nature.

This is known as earthing or grounding and it will make you almost instantly brighter from the inside out. If you can, take the time to walk around barefoot outside I promise it makes a difference. Really absorb the Earth’s energy and relax, while allowing yourself to be one with nature.

3. Meditate as often as you can.

Mediate at least a few times a week if you can. This allows your chakras to open up and flood your energetic field with all of the pure energy it needs. Close your eyes and really visualize the chakras and the colors associated with them. Go through each one and really work to find balance.

4. Get the sleep that you need.

If you are not getting the sleep you need your body and mind will conflict and this can impact your chakras. When you are not sleeping correctly your chi is not going to be able to flow freely. You don’t want to shrink your energetic field you want to strengthen it.

5. Sage and smudge everything, make sure to do this regularly.

Do this once a month or once a week, however often you feel is necessary. Buy some sage or go out and collect your own. While smudging come up with a good affirmation to repeat. I, for one, do this at least every few weeks. It pulls the negativity out of you and your home.

6. Cleanse your space often.

Keep your space clutter-free and cleansed. This can and will improve your energetic field because it will positively impact how you feel. While it may sound silly, it is very important. Throw out things you don’t need and rearrange if you want to. Shift the energy of the room.
