This one has to be done through oil pulling and while it does take awhile makes a big difference. You have to swish some of it in your mouth for about twenty minutes at a time. 3. Baking Soda

Brushing your teeth with baking soda offers many benefits. One of those benefits is teeth whitening effect. You don’t have to do it all the time just a few times a week. You will notice a huge difference.

4. Apple Cider Vinegar

While you don’t need to overuse ACV orally because it is acidic you can use it to benefit the color of your teeth. The safest way to use ACV is to dilute it and swish it in your mouth. While it might not taste the best it will make a huge difference in the appearance of your teeth.
