Sure, being alone sucks but if you embrace it, there is a lot that can be learned from it. While most people hate being alone, I am someone who prefers it.
When you embrace being alone you start to truly benefit from all it has to offer. You can enjoy being alone without it being all about isolation if you really want to. When you are alone you are working within to get to know yourself. You figure out why you feel the things you feel and really learn our your emotions. There is no one to tell you what you should be feeling.

When you are alone we are more productive. You can learn how to work without distraction. You can get everything done that needs to be done and have time for other things.
3. You get to make the plans.
When you are alone you get to make your own plans. You can go do whatever you want. No one can force you into anything you aren’t interested in doing.
4. You can become more independent.
You become more independent the longer you are alone. Being independent is something I quite enjoy. Being independent is empowering. Wouldn’t you like to be able to do things for yourself?
5. You don’t have to please anyone but yourself.
When you are alone you do whatever you want. You don’t have to worry about what other people think of you. Everything you do is what you like to do.
6. You gain validation from within.
You are able to find validation within. You don’t have to find other people who like you. The more time you spend alone the less their opinions matter. You become who you want to be.
7. You don’t have to worry about offending anyone.
You are able to completely be yourself. The things you say and do won’t be bothering anyone if you’re alone. It is the ultimate form of freedom.
8. You are able to fully recharge.
You are able to let go of the things bothering you and recharge your energies completely. You can relax and be yourself. No one will be around to bother you.
9. You learn to appreciate those around you more.
When you are alone you appreciate the time you get to spend with those who matter more. You may not see them often but the times you do see them are far more important now. It is like when you spend time away from people you understand connections on a deeper level.
When you are alone you can reflect. You can sit with yourself and think about anything you want. Traveling within helps heal a lot of things.
When you are alone you also have plenty of time to let things go. You reflect for as long as you need to and then you let go. This is a lot harder than it sounds but it helps tremendously.
