4 Vitamins That Can Prevent Brain Loss:

1. Vitamin B12

Low vitamin B12 levels have been linked to brain shrinkage, and this can causes severe cognitive problems. Older people with lower levels of vitamin B12 in their blood were seen to lose brain cells, and develop issues when it came to thinking much more quickly according to a study published back in 2011. Upping your vitamin B12 intake as you age is important.

3. Vitamin B9 (Folic Acid)

Deficiencies of this include things like loss of memory, restricted growth of the brain and nerves, as well as paranoia. Nothing good will come from not getting enough of this. Vitamin B9 is essential for human growth and development. If you aren’t getting enough you are setting yourself up for dementia.

4. Vitamin C

Vitamin C is an important antioxidant molecule in the brain, when we don’t get enough of this memory loss is sure to follow. Taking the proper amount of this can actually help prevent memory loss as well as warding off brain aging. However, please do not take too much of this as it can have some adverse effects.
