The things our planet experiences can and will affect us. If an energetic shift is headed your way, you should be expecting the following.
When energetic shifts happen we often blame their side effects on things that are completely unrelated. As human beings, we are forever expanding and becoming better versions of ourselves. Below you will find a list of signs that if experienced together should be seen as signs of energy shifts. When you are experiencing an energy shift the best thing you can do is remain calm.
1. You find old fears coming to the surface.
Old fears will almost always come up when you are experiencing an energy shift. When things like this happen, it is best to address the fear and how you got over it all over again. This will weaken it and allow you to overcome it once again.
2. You become confused.
You feel groggy and out of this world. It might even seem as if you are going through the motions but aren’t really in your body. We call this state autopilot and sometimes it gets switched on without us realizing it.
3. You experience highs and lows more than usual.
You seem to have rapid mood swings. One minute you’re happy and the next you’re sad. This is something that can cause you a lot of trouble.
4. You experience joint aches.
Your joints begin to ache as your body takes in some of this energy. You see, when energetic shifts happen they don’t only rearrange energy in the planet but inside of us as well. Moving energy is not always something that feels good.
5. You feel overwhelmed.
You seem to feel as if the whole world is on your shoulders. There is so much stacked against you and you might even question whether your world is about to come crumbling down or not. This is a feeling you will HATE.
6. You have headaches more often.
There is a lot of tension in your head from this shift. It causes headaches and can also make you feel a bit lightheaded. If you don’t usually get headaches often chances are you will be having quite a few.
7. You no longer fit in with your friends.
You feel out of place in your group of friends. It seems like they are all just too different from you. While diversity is fine and dandy feeling too out of place may mean you need to get a new group of friends.
8. You feel exhausted.
You are beyond tired. You need to allow your body time to relax rather than overdoing yourself. Don’t hesitate to take the time you need to chill out.
9. You notice synchronicities a lot more.
You begin noticing more and more synchronicities. You see, the closer to changing everything this shift gets, the more signs the Universe will be sending you. The Universe always wants you to be prepared.
10. Your home doesn’t feel like home.
You feel out of place, as mentioned above, but even in your own home. It is like this place is not familiar to you anymore. You just feel like you don’t belong.
11. You have the desire to try new things.
You want to get out and do things. Trying new things is important and this is one of the best things about energy shifts. You will be able to learn so much more about yourself during this time.
12. You become more sensitive to noise.
You start being really affected by noise. This could be any specific noise or all noise. That really depends on the person and varies.
You literally feel so out of place that this whole planet doesn’t feel like home anymore. That could be because you no longer feel it in the same ways that you did. This shift is changing everything.
14. You experience outbursts of anger randomly.
You don’t know why you are angry but you are. These emotions are raging inside of you and you need to let them out.
15. You feel more impatient.
You are more than ready for this shift to be over, whether you are aware of it on a conscious level, or not. You are becoming irritated more and more with all these tiny things and life seems to be getting in your way. This can and will be quite frustrating.
16. You feel a deep pressure behind your eyes.
You are feeling all of the tension building up during this shift in some of the strangest places. This sort of goes along with the headaches but is a different sensation entirely. How much pressure are you feeling right now?
17. You begin crying out of the blue.
Your emotions are all out of whack. You might be angry one second and crying the next.
18. You begin misplacing things.
At this point, you might forget your head if it wasn’t attached to your body. You are losing things and misplacing things like crazy. Now, where did I put my cell phone again?
19. You keep tripping.
You are stumbling in life now more than ever. You trip over all the small things and it seems you might fall more often at the moment as well. That being said, try to keep your chin up these shifts don’t last that long.
20. Your intuition is heightened.
You are highly intuitive now more than ever. You can read right through just about everyone. As your intuition grows, so do you.
See, energy shifts are not that hard to identify. They are also not too terribly hard to deal with in general. The following things you can do to bring yourself power when dealing with an energy shift.
5 Ways to Get Through an Energetic Shift
1. Be compassionate towards yourself.
You are important, love yourself. Slow down and be kind to your mind and body. You deserve compassion from everyone, even yourself.
2. Practice ‘earthing‘ or ‘grounding.’
Earthing or grounding is essentially the practice of getting out in nature barefoot. I love doing this.
3. Become more aware of your feelings.
Don’t ignore or repress any of your emotions. If you feel something, let it out. Now is not the time to be turning into someone who bottles their emotions.
4. Live in the now rather than the past or the future.
While past fears and repressed memories will be coming up during this time we should not be dwelling on them. The past is the past and the future is the future. Focus on the here and now.
Whether you only have a little or the whole world you should be grateful. Nothing comes free and if you worked for it you deserve it. Appreciation is very important.
