One of the easiest ways for negativity and negative energy run your life is by neglecting yourself. Many of us have a habit of people pleasing, and it only makes things worse. People pleasing does nothing but teach you how to neglect yourself while fueling the entitlement of others. You need to take care of yourself and assess what you really need out of life. You can’t change things for the better if you don’t know where to start!
Focus on Positive Things
We tend to mirror the things we focus on and are involved in. if you are obsessed with drama and gossiping other people can easily see it. If you want to remove the negativity from your life you have to focus on positive things. Instead of watching Keeping Up With the Kardashians, go for a nature walk.

One of the most important ways to maintain a positive life is by appreciating what you do have. Whether we like to admit it or not, we have become extremely spoiled in recent times. We forget that they’re are third world countries out there and instead complain because we’re bored or unsatisfied with a relationship.
